Great Site
This was our first visit to Cirencester site for many years. It was excellent, the facilities were exemplary, always spotless. The wardens always cheerful and very polite. We will definitely return.
I agree with another poster's comments about dogs. Although we were not on this occasion disturbed by barking dogs, we were very conscious of how many dogs there were. We were pitched on what seemed to be the route to the dog walk. As it is a big site many dogs seemed unable to 'hold on' until reaching the dog walk and found it necessary to defacate on the grass around pitches near us. We saw many dogs doing this, although owners always cleared up, is this enough? These were grass pitches that later in the week were occupied by families with children. This does not seem hygienic and I am not sure why it is acceptable. We certainly noted a pitch we would avoid in future visits! We also feel it is time the club limited the number of dogs per pitch, and consider a dog free area on all sites.
