First impressions (in reception) were a lovely warm greeting. Next impression was of a very large site but once pitched up we realised that it was so much more peaceful than we would have expected - even for the start of a half-term holiday. Excellent, spotless facilities. We only had two nights there and had planned to walk through the park into Cirencester but decided to go the Tall Ships Festival in Gloucester instead as it only comes round once every two years. So it looks as though a return trip will be on the cards at some point!
