2017 spring outing.

Lovely site. Very good wardens and staff, pleasant and helpful. Great for visit to the Cotswolds area, including small distance to Gloucester, Cheltenham or Bath (avoid Stroud!), and villages / tourist attractions. Only very minor point was the disappointment with the Saturday evening travelling fish and chips... Having checked with them at 5:30 it would be OK to return at 6:30 to get food, when we went back at 6:25 - They were sold out! We had not been advised we should order.... Obviously they had taken orders after our first visit as they continued 'serving' til after 7pm! The evening was saved by a quick trip to the brilliant gourmet Fish and Chip shop in Cirencester - excellent food (and they offer Fish, Chips and Fizz (Prosecco). The other visiting food seller, the Pizza oven, was brilliant. Lovely fresh, made to order pizzas. Overall though definitely recommended for a visit.

Lovely site. Very good wardens and staff, pleasant and helpful. Great for visit to the Cotswolds area, including small distance to Gloucester, Cheltenham or Bath (avoid Stroud!), and villages / tourist attractions. And a lovely quiet walk available to Cirencester town through the Cirencester / Home park, behind Bathurst house estate. Only very minor point was the disappointment with the Saturday evening travelling fish and chips... Having checked with them at 5:30 it would be OK to return at 6:30 to get food, when we went back at 6:25 - They were sold out! We had not been advised we should order.... Last minute break

What a great site in a stunning location, the stroll through the beautiful grounds of the Bathurst Estate was most enjoyable for the dog and us, an easy 20 minute walk and you're in the town. The greeting from the wardens on arrival was really pleasant and we were soon pitched up and enjoying the break on this very well cared for site.

Easter break

We recently had 3 nights here and have to say we loved it. The kids enjoyed it as the playground wa suitable for all ages, once the grandparents had collected them and took them away for a break it was perfect for the two of us. Nice walk into town via the Bathurst estate and Cirencester was just as nice as we remembered it from when we got married there.... great site to base yourself at and explore the Cotswolds as well as just sit and read a book.

A lovely site near to Cirencester

This is an excellent site just a short walk from the main Cotswold town of Cirencester. As expected of a Caravan & Motorhome Club Site the facilities are excellent and as with most other C&MC sites the wardens are pleasant. We have visited twice through the winter and the grass pitches were closed off along with the toilet/shower block on the back field but there were plenty of hard-standing pitches remaining. There is a good sized and secure dog field on site and as the site is situated on the edge of the Bathurst Estate plenty of nice walks from the site itself. The only negative is the approach road to the site which is full of potholes but apart from that access from the A419 (Stroud Road) is easy.

What charm!

We left it a bit late looking for somewhere to go in the Cotswolds around Easter. Everywhere seemed booked, then we chanced upon Cirencester Park with spaces. What good fortune, the town is easily walkable through the Bathurst Estate, or even down the road, and what a charming old town it is. Villages around and about are a delight, particularly Bibury with it's trout farm. The site provided the usual Club standard with very pleasant wardens, large, mainly flat pitches, clean and warm toilet blocks. Oh, and the weather was dry and bright too. No complaint whatsoever.

Has to be one of the best...

There are several things that make a great holiday experience..some can't be controlled:weather, traffic down and back some can and this where Cirencester site beats the rest hands down. Previous reviewers have mentioned the cleanliness, the quiet, the beauty of the pitch, the good sized field for pooches, the proximity to lovely Cirencester itself but the real gem that makes this site so incredible is the quality of the wardens. The wardens here are absolutely as I always imagine wardens should be. They are friendly, knowledgeable, chirpy and cheeky ( in a "you're on holiday-relax and have some fun" type of way). We've called in numerous times ( we're still here by the way) asking for papers and cycle routes and taxi numbers and they could not have been more helpful going the extra mile to recommend things we hadn't thought of. When asking for a cycle route, we returned from our day out to find the whole cycle routes info book updated with new routes and plans. It always amazes me that more businesses underestimate the impact of great customer service. If you want to experience what it feels like to be made welcome, visit this site. I'd give it 10 stars if I could if only for the wardens!!

Best site

This is probably the best site we have stayed at! Easy walk into town, quiet yet convenient. Spotless and good size conveniences, friendly helpful wardens and lovely pitches. I can't believe it wasn't packed. Will be back- soon!
