My wife and I were due to stay at Tewkesbury Abbey 29th and 30th March but we were informed on 28th that the site was very waterlogged. We drove to Cheltenham Racecourse and there were pitches available so stayed there instead. The view from our motorhome was picturesque looking at the Cleve Hills over the racecourse. The facilities were adequate and it was a comfortable walk into the town where we did some shopping. The town is very pleasant and we were glad to stay at the site. The bus stop is also very convenient. All the pitches are on concrete surrounding one of the main course buildings.
