Lovely Site in a Great Location

This was our second visit to the site in Cheddar, the first was overnight on our way home from Devon, but after that we decided that we had to return. The site is nice and tidy, the staff are friendly and welcoming. We stayed for 4 nights with our 9 & 10 year old children. I was only slightly concerned that the children might get a bit bored with no play area, but I was very wrong, they quickly made friends and played together while on site. The site is in a great location, we payed a visit to Wookey Hole, which was a really good day out. We also cycled the Strawberry line to Yatton and back (approx 23 mile round trip). On the Sunday we decided to take the National Trust walk up to the top of Cheddar Gorge, its was fairly hard going to get up, but worth the effort, absolutely stunning view. We had a great trip and plan to return in the future.
