Arrived at 1 to find a que of about 9 vans on the road before us. Making an already late arrived of 1 o clock, it was half past one before we could book in. By the time we got set up lunch time became 2 o clock. All was well Thursday night then on Friday we became the victum of inconsiderate members who apparantly do not know the rules. The first thing that happened was a visitor who was staying with the next door caravan parked their car partly on our awning spot then proceeded to put a tent up on the grass divide between the caravans. The next problem arose when three caravans arrived and pitched within a near vicinty of each other. These three caravans then proceeded to take over the whole corner of the site with no consideration for anyone else. Their children played Ruby, Cricket and Tennis all in front of their own and other members caravans and on the access road. The warden stopped and told them to stop which they did until he moved and them promptly carried on This went on all weekend in various forms In fairness to the wardens they tried to sort the problems out but it spoiled what should have been a peaceful weekend. We have been members for over 35 years and do feel that standards are slipping alarmingly. Having said that the site is in a lovely place with lots to see and do in the area. The wardens keep the site beautiful and they do their best to keep control under apparant difficult circumstances. We will return to the site but not on a weekend.
