We visited for a week in February 2019. Really pleased with the site. We had a pleasant welcome and the site warden had done everything before our visit to accommodate the dates we wanted, thank you. The entrance into Chatsworth park from the site is a gem. The walk to Chatsworth house and into Baslow is an easy one. Two great pubs in the village. The Devonshire Arms, little pricey but the food was excellent and the service was very friendly and felt personal. The wheatsheaf was pleasant and the food was typical pub grub from a chain. Very reasonable and great beer garden. Have booked again for later in the year.
