This was our 3rd visit to Chatsworth and the site is all that we need in terms of location etc. We love the relaxed atmosphere and all the wildlife in close vicinity. You can park up and just spend your time exploring the Chatsworth estate with some wonderful walks. The wardens are a great team who work hard in ensuring that the site is well run etc and the welcome is always friendly. Like bene (previous reviewer) we feel so sorry for the wardens and what they have to deal with in cleaning the facilities (both male and female) - on our 2 visits to the site this year we have been appalled at the way in which the loos are at times left for them to deal with - it is really selfish and unfair. We actually mentioned to the wardens on our departure as they must get so fed up with it and as I say feel nothing but sympathy for them. We can't understand why this happens ? As bene says the wardens deserve all praise coming to them.
