Caravan Club New App
Enjoyed a weekend at the site, however I made the mistake of using the new Caravan app to book online.
Two errors with the online booking caused problems.
1:- The post code directed me to Chatsworth House.
2. Arrival time stated 12.00hrs to 16.00hrs.
The warden when we arrived was very rude because we arrived at 12.15.
If I had gone on to their own website no of the above would have occurred, so please update the new app.
