We have recently returned from another enjoyable visit to Chatsworth. The grounds were very busy as they were preparing for the horse trials later in the week so walking quietly around the grounds was a little more difficult than when we visited previously. The hard standings on some pitches are quite a long way from the EHU points so make sure you have a long length of electric cable. We found that this obsession the CC has with parking by the side of the pitch marker means that the motorhome door is close to the end of the pitch making it difficult to sit out comfortably in the remaining space while the other side of the motorhome has feet of spare space doing nothing, if like at Chatsworth some of the pitches are a bit tight for space there is so much wasted. That been said, another good visit & we have already re booked for September.
