Our first visit to Chatsworth was a delight. We were motorhoming with friends and we all decided to go for a walk after setting up. It is a super site with good access to Chatsworth Park and good walking and cycling nearby. Be aware that cycling in the ground of Chatsworth Park is only permitted on tarmac roads. A 4 mile walk to Bakewell was excellent with the return bus dropping us off in Chatsworth Park. An excellent site with very clean facilities. Make sure you comply with the arrival and departure times, there's a good reason for them! Very helpful staff who go out of their way to help.
