We have just arrived home after 2 days here and I can't praise the site highly enough. The wardens were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Facilities were spotless and the site was spic and span. Not a piece of rubbish anywhere. That being said some caravanners need to learn to clean a toilet after using it. This isn't the site wardens fault and I feel sorry for them having to clean them. Being so near to Castleton there are many walks and treks around and it's great for cycling. No wonder this site is booked up the majority of the year as it really has it all. The village of Castleton is great for those with dogs as the majority of the pubs allow dogs in.
