Just returned from our third visit to Cherry Hinton and will definitely be going again in the future. It’s about an hour walk into the city centre or there are regular buses which stop just down the road from the site. We found the ground quite hard for an awning and will take stronger pegs next time or try and get a grass pitch. The shower/toilet block is always lovely and warm and clean as is the washing up area. We have heard noise from nearby sports field which is floodlit so can sometimes hear into the evening, but cancelled out for us by occasionally hearing owls! Staff lovely and friendly and whilst not much at the site for young children, it suits us perfectly Lots of walks nearby and Greene King pubs within short walking distance which allow you to take a dog in
