We spent a very enjoyable weekend with friends at Cherry Hinton Club site 9th - 12th September 2016. The welcome from the warden Alan was very friendly despite being quite late arriving. We were directed to the motorhome service point and our pitch (19) in a lower part of the site. It's an unusual site on numerous levels, ours being almost like a secluded woodland dell. Very peaceful and quiet! Facilities are spotless as expected of a club site. Cambridge with its beautiful colleges and gardens is a short bus ride away (number 3 from the crossroads) We enjoyed our stay and recommend the site for exploring Cambridge itself. Ely is also an easy drive (3/4 hour) with its impressive cathedral.
