I could the warden to be very sharp too. It's important the when people pay their hard earned money on a holiday that they should be welcomed at reception.
We do not know the wardens background, but perhaps a bit of training in customer relations would help. The site is dog friendly, in fact ideal for dogs but the Don't allow your dog's dogs to pee on the fence signs all round the wardens caravan creates a very poor impression.

Not if you have to live for several months with the consequences of the smell of dogs continually peeing on your fence by inconsiderate owners
Ps it is not the only site that has that problem, also letting them pee on site signs and bollards etc that have to be handled by site staff
