Why do you say the wardens are site police? It’s not fair to make a statement like that without explaining why and grossly unfair on the wardens who can’t put their side of the tale.

Why is the site not dog friendly? You haven’t said. I understood dogs could be exercised in the Country Park.

I think, as long as site staff are polite doing their job, I'm not sure how  not being friendly affects anybody's stay.  A quick hello suits me.

There is a vast area of park adjacent to the site which, I would have thought as ideal for exercising dogs and humans. 

I note that, one year after I made a complaint about the sheer rudeness of the on-site staff, that still people are complaining about the same matter: what a shame C&MC do not think it important to manage their staff, re-train them or discuss this with them. There is clearly still a problem with the attitude of the wardens at this site, as it is too coincidental that so many people experience this attitude over and over again. Either C&MC don’t read reviews or don’t actually care when they do. 

One complaint since yours? and as with yours only one side of the story

This reviewer hasn’t said what the issue is other than making the impolite comment about ‘site police’. 

Take it up with the club if you want something done about whatever the perceived problem is. 

 Having read your complaint from August last year the main complaint seems to be that you were asked to repitch your outfit as you had put your caravan on the wrong side of the peg. That despite saying that you had been using CC sites for 7 years and apparently having been handed a site plan that showed the pitching requirement. 

You also seemed surprised that the warden was keen to shut the office after booking you in following your 7.50pm arrival. 

No - please re-read. I acknowledged our mistake. My complaint was about the attitude and rudeness of the staff on site. And many people agree with me. You like to defend this site a lot and I wonder if you are related to or are friends with the people who run it 🤔

No there’s not been one complaint since mine. There have been lots over the past year. Perhaps you could do a re-count 🤗

Not at all. I have only visited the site once I think and that was probably 8 years ago.
