My wife and visited in our motorhome for the bank holiday weekend, we cycled into Burford on the Saturday, Walked to the Wildlife Park on the Sunday and Walked to the Garden Centre on the Monday, the site is a bit of a way out if you have a motorhome but if you don't mind a walk or a cycle then not a problem.
The Wardens were great and the amenities clean and well looked after. Our only gripe was some of the other campers walking over our pitch, I can see why people have windbreaks up now so that people have to walk around the pitch.
Would we revisit yes
Nice
Spent the August Bank Hoiliday here. The last time we visited this site was 1996 and wow what changes there have been. Great wardens and everything was the way it should be apart from the usual speeding by a certain age group who should know better. Our grandchildren and their parents were with their caravan and loved the site.
Feastival
Family of three, 70, 50 and 20. Wife and daughter went to Feastival I looked after our dogs. Excellent location and wardens brilliant, warm welcome/goodbye and very informative. Site was full and busy only slightly marked it down on overall rating and peace and quiet as there were alot of children. It was school holidays so please do not take this as a negative I am not Victor Meldrew our daughter is 20 and I was a child once...would definately return and visit the Cotswold Wildlife park next door. Great stay
Excellent site
We only stayed for 4 nights and we were very impressed by the overall cleanliness and layout of the site. It is obvious that the wardens take great care and pride in the site, the wash block was really marvellous and a credit to them. We will return at some time to finish off having a good look around the area.
Peaceful site
We have just returned from a week at this lovely site. It is a bit smaller than some of the other club sites we have stayed at but this made it all the more peaceful. The only negative we had was the speed of some of the cars on site, we were very surprised at the number of members that though it was OK to drive at speed through the site - we did notice that unlike other sites there were no 5mph signs but surely members don't need a sign to know they need to slow down ! We have young children and enjoyed visiting Sudeley Castle, Bourton on the Water (the motor museum there is a hidden gem with something for everyone), Adams Farm, GW steam railway and plenty of little villages with lovely shops and places to eat. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Working weekend
As our son was moving to London we needed somewhere that offered easy access to the city but also gave us some relaxation. This site met the brief. There was occasional aeroplane noise from Brize Norton but not enough to spoil it. Listening to the animals from the wildlife park when they were vocal was amazing.
A great site in a lovely location. We will be back when we have more time to really enjoy the area.
Great site
This is a lovely site in a great area. The pitches are surounded by trees and the wardens work hard to keep up the very high standards. If you want to visit the local attractive small towns you need to go early morning as they get crowded but with it being such a lovely area i suppose everyone wants to go there.
We had a great break.

Burford caravan site
Lovely clean site. Used it as a meeting place with our daughters. Only drawback was lack of local walks from site due to busy road. However a short car ride takes you to beautiful locations. The site itself was extremely pleasant and very well laid out. Spotlessly clean in all areas. Good location for Cotswold Wildlife Park. Would return.

An enjoyable return to the Club!
Having purchased a caravan and re-joined the Caravan Club after a 10 year break, this was our first outing to "test" the van. I was delighted to find that the excellent high standards of the caravan club have been maintained. This site and the facilities were immaculate, the pitches well laid out and the staff helpful and friendly. Burford is a delightful Cotswold village and we spent a good few hours exploring the variety of shops (and pubs!). Some lovely places to eat. An excellent butchers selling sausages, burgers and kebabs for the barbeque. Back on site, there is some noise from the animals in the wildlife park opposite especially at feeding time and some aircraft noise in the distance from the airfield at Brize Norton, but this is all part of the ambience of the site and all adds to the character and appeal for my wife and I. You may also spot some of the military aircraft flying in the distance. Relatively local for us, can't help thinking we'll be back!
Burford CC Site
Maintains the usual standards of Club sites. Staff very helpful. Some noise from the adjacent animal park, and planes using Brize Norton, butt not intrusive.
Good centre for visiting local sites.
