Made to feel welcome from the off

We arrived slightly early and unlike other sites we were not made to feel like naughty children. The lady came to tell us that she would get us checked in as soon as possible. The site is very clean and well cared for. Any questions were answered professionally but in a lovely human way, makes such a difference. The location of the site is perfect, easy access to village and walks. Would recommend the site and would like to thank the staff for being friendly and welcoming. Above and beyond what we have experienced on some other sites.

Noisey lawn mowers bank holiday week . Both days

Looking forward to getting home tomorrow for some peace and quiet . We live on a main road! But its still quieter than here . We put up with the loud lawn mowers for one day . Sad to say there were back the following day . Its bank holiday week . The kids are off school ....the site is full AND THE GRASS IS REALLY SHORT ALREADY Thats the thing . The grass is really short already ! Second day of it . Cant wait to get home for peace and quiet . The location is lovely . If you plan on being out all day you can miss the mowers. But if you want to reside by your van relaxing ....beware that the mowers will come whether the grass needs it or not sadly . There doesn’t seem to be any initiative or common sense here . I think the wardens have a list of jobs to do and dont take a step back and think ...does the grass need mowing . We are paying customers ....they must feel embarrassed shooting round each van as they wear their ear defenders . Take some of your own if visiting this site . You will need them

Loved this site

We are a couple with a motorhome and a dog, and visited this site in April. I absolutely loved this site, being from the Midlands it was not too far to drive to for a weekend break. The site was spotlessly clean, wardens very friendly. The steam train adjacent to the site was lovely and well worth a visit. The walk into Broadway itself was about 10 minutes on the flat and the village is beautiful. All in all, we had a really pleasant stay here, and will be returning.

Fantastic Site

Just got back from 3 nights. Excellent site as always. Staff were amazing throughout our stay, friendly and attentive. There was even a treat for our dog! Facilities were spotlessly clean. The grounds were well tended too. They have an excellent system for keeping to COVID regulations. The only negative were a couple of fellow members. My husband was horrified at the way the staff were sometimes spoken to. Unfortunately it’s a shame that not everyone can locate their good manners. Well done to all of you. Can’t wait to come back.

First class and excellent site but don’t buy the fish and chips on site

Third time I have stayed on this site and it’s excellent ,the staff are friendly and welcoming and will do anything to help . Broadway is a short walk and excellent , clean and many pubs and cafes and shops . Excellent walks including a visit to the tower . The weather in May was very bad with rain and hail but we made the most of it . However I had fish and chips from a visiting converted horse box on the Saturday night and they were awful , in fact cold dry warmed up chips and a portion of fish that could have been cooked the day before , they were absolute rubbish . I have regretted not taking them back and complaining but it was heavy rain at the time , my friend did tell the site staff who told him they had received several complaints . Apart from that the site is superb .

Great place for a debut

We spent our first nights in our new (to us) moho at Broadway in April and it proved to be a great choice. The site is well laid out and you are close to amenities wherever you are pitched. Toilet blocks were spotless and TV reception and mobile reception was good. The site is located a pleasant stroll from the centre of Broadway itself and its' range of pubs and restaurants. There are lots of country walks around you too and I would particularly recommend the hike to Broadway Tower where you will be rewarded with a lovely cafe. Loved the site and will definitely return.

Great Site, Even better staff

There is nothing bad to say about this site, It’s in a stunning area and there is so much to see and do. The walking from site is excellent, good access to the Cotswold Way, Wardens Way Monarchs Way and others. The site team are brilliant, friendly, helpful and exceptionally hardworking, and always a wave and a chat. Lovely 10 minute walk to the village which is picturesque, and has a selection of pubs, cafes and a CoOp.

Fantastic site we will be back.

On arrival we were greeted by the super friendly Bev, nothing was too much trouble and she answered all our questions. The pitches are really lovely, well maintained and a good size that you can park your vehicle alongside and still have an awning out the other side. The staff were constantly maintaining the site, always tending to the grass and shrubbery, emptying bins etc. The facilities were immaculate and even though some campers left a mess (no fault of the staff) it was quickly picked up on by the team at Broadway and dealt with. The service points were great with a good diameter hose to wither full up or service your chemical disposal. We will definitely be back as it’s a great location to visit other points of interest.

Best site we have been too in 12 years & best wardens

We booked this site as a last minute trip away, and we are so glad we did. We have had some great holidays in our caravan over 12 years but this was the far best. We had a grass pitch next to the railway, we both work on the railway to London and Yorkshire were we live, and we do like the steam trains. The pitch was absolutely fantastic, you are bang next to the line and wave to people as you pass. When we arrived we had the warmest welcome we have ever had, the two ladies there are a credit to the CMC, friendly helpful always smiling and such lovely lovely people. The site is immaculate, the location is just superb, and we have already booked in for another week later in the year. Top marks to this site, its at the top of our top ten list, and the others we thought couldn't be beaten, but this site has done just that Well done to the wardens, keep up the fantastic good work! Iain, Chris & Diva the Staffy :)
