This is a good site in a good location for all the Brighton attractions and we would be happy to use it again. Sited next to a park and football ground. Facilities are spot on but some of the pitches could do with some levelling. The only real gripe with this site is the speed people drive at. Watching people who have checked in race around the site looking for a pitch is a real spectator sport and an accident waiting to happen.
Wouldn't go back
Recently spent 3 nights at the site and although a great location for getting back into Brighton the site isnβt one that Iβd return to.
With a young family feeling safe is key to our holiday and this site needs something doing about speeding before Iβd consider going back! The 5mph limit is clearly not being followed by both visitors and the site wardens meaning brining this to their attention is a little bit difficult. Speeding around the site is not acceptable but speeding around the park area is just not on and although my children are too young to be left unattended at the park a number of other young visitors were not giving me cause for concern.
Iβd advise any young family to think twice about booking a stay at the Brighton Caravan & Motorhome Club site until this issue has been addressed.
1st time here
What a lovey site we were here on 11th July to 18th July and was blessed with the weather we got a pitch across from the toilets etc nice big pitches ad spotless clean would certainly go here again wardens very nice and friendly
Average Site
An OK site to be honest. The drive in past a number of Caravans and motorhomes parked on the main road in was a bit unusual. Some may not have been road worthy. Sat nav wasnβt accurate, but we navigated ok. Brighton Marina not dog friendly, apart from Bella Napoli who were so accommodating and lovely people. Great food. Shame about Weatherspoons who told us after ordering drinks that our dog wasnβt allowed in the garden ??? Brighton is lovely, Seven Sisters is a great walk. Brighton site is a great location for Motorhomes as itβs all walkableβ¦we will certainly look at CLβs with our caravan as we think the site was pretty average. Staff were lovely and polite and accommodating. Grass was long with dog poo left from previous occupant. On the whole, a nice weekend away but think we would look for a different location to stay.

Lovely well positioned site
Lovely site, up to the normal caravan Club standards. Very helpful and friendly staff. Its about a 15 minute walk to the Marina, and around 40 - 45 minutes to the centre of Brighton itself.
Although we would definately go back, there are a couple of negatives for me here.
A couple of things that are not the fault of the site, but people should be aware of. There is a football pitch directly next to site, and it can get quite noisy when the team have a match. The approach road to site has a number of 'permanent residents' scattered all of the way up. The permanent parking of these caravans, RV's and motorhomes makes access to site quite difficult sometimes as it effectively becomes a single track road.
Finally one that the site do have control of, and is mentioned in numerous other reviews. Some of the hardstandings are virtually impossible to put an awning on as you cannot get rock pegs into the ground it is that hard.
I was lent a rather hefty lump hammer by a neighbour, but it was still nigh on impossible to get them in to the ground, and the ones I did manage to get in were bent when I managed to get them back out. Pitches 57 and 58 are definately like this, and there were a large number of awnings in the same vicinity with pegs only half in the ground. May be better on a grass pitch if you're planning on putting anything up.

Very friendly staff, in all roles, who go out of their way to help. Staff behave as if it's a holiday destination in itself and not just a caravan/motorhome park. Facilities spotlessly clean.
Huge site
Great location for Brighton but a good 45 - 60 min walk to the pier/centre of Brighton, a train runs along the front or cycles to hire. Worth visiting the marina which is only around 20 min walk, Wetherspoons, prezzo, Nandoβs and more, overlooking the marina.
Brighton never disappoints π
Another great visit to one of our favourite sites. Friendly wardens clean and tidy. One unfortunate thing some selfish person decided to let their dog mess on road in front of our pitch l was going to pick it up when l came out shower but a warden noticed it and picked it up, l then found some more of the mess in the gravel by where we walk out! π‘ so l cleared that up! Don't know what is wrong with ignorant @@@@,s! .... anyhoo apart from that brilliant just wished l seen the dog owner! Grrrrrrr....
We,re back in November can't wait πππ»π₯πΎπΎ
Brighton Caravan Club Site
Recently visited this site for the first time in May 2021. It was a bit tricky to find especially as my sat-nav decided to drop off just at the end of the A23 and switching to WAZE on my phone meant it took me a route which didn't allow for the size of my Motorhome.
Finding the site was also compounded by the fact that road site sign had been turned round and was actually pointing in the opposite direction I needed to turn. If it hadn't been for a couple of Police Officers who were monitoring the Covid19 Inoculation Centre noticing I was attempting to turn in the wrong direction I have no idea where we would have ended up.
Anyway when we did eventually make our way up quite a narrow approach road, (which was hampered by a couple of wide caravans that had decided it was a great place to stop) we came upon the Brighton Caravan Club Site.
The welcome couldn't have been more friendly and efficient even though it was busy we had a multiple choice of serviced-pitches. Upon settling in and getting everything sorted and of course having the obligatory cup of tea we set off to have an initial explore of the area. The walk to the Brighton Marina is quite easy being mostly downhill, and whilst we were surprised by the large supermarket that dominated the marina, the Marina itself was somewhat of a let down. I realise that in these odd times not everything was going to be normal, but at the time of our visit it was just a collection of refurbishment works. This perennated in the following days when we tried to take a promenade walk into Brighton it was just full of road and pavement works. It seems that Brighton has decided to do major work at exactly the same time when an influx of visitors were expected for the summer season. Town Planners sometimes beggar believe and don't seem to realise the damage they are doing to their own towns much need tourism.
Not so at the site, even with the Covid19 restrictions the site had endeavoured to make sure it was safe for their guests. Unfortunately not all the guests were as conscientious and it was noticeable that a number completely ignored the controls that had been put in place at the facilities, but I suppose you will always get a minority that will be selfish.
Would we revisit, "Yes" but not within the next 18-24months when hopefully all the refurbishment works should be completed, and then the benefits of such a lovely site and area could be enjoyed to the full.
Windy
Visited Brighton again on Tuesday 18th May, had booked for three nights, we had two fantastic days with really nice weather, but cut our visit short and left Thursday morning rather than travell home in the predicted high winds on Friday.
We enjoyed our stay as we always do at Brighton, the shower and toilet blocks were well managed, with clear signage outside giving instructions of what to do when entering. But some people either didn't understand it, or are just stupid, as many did not put take a wrist band and place it on a hook, or take it off the hook and place it back in the bucket provided. Also when i used the toilet block there were people not wearing a face covering, thus putting there self and others at risk. Rant over.
