If you were crossing at less than 5mph I am sure that the warden would have had no reason to speak to you. Well done to the warden for enforcing the rule and I wish more would do so. Every time we go on a site these day speeding members are regularly seen. 5mph rule is there for a reason and for the benefit of all members. Well done Bridlington warden.

Very interesting comments about a member of the site staff, we were at Bridlington site in May this year , And apart from the the major problem of some very stupid idiots who were speeding, with no regard to others ,giving the site staff a lot complaints from others on site, all the staff were very pleasant,
We are at the newly major refurbished Tewksbury Abbey site ,and has as yet to be completed, one thing that is noticeable is as yet the lack of speed humps ,as is very noticeable by some drivers still thinking they can travel as if on a national highway,, and i know I will get jumped on by some, but it is more noticeable with motor caravans as it is very rare they are in first gear driving round the site

As first gear on ours is only a pulling away gear, JV, to use second gear is sensible and allows pottering at low speed without noisy revving of the engine. I’m not ‘jumping on you’ but pointing out some facts that you clearly aren’t aware of.
Hey, have you never witnessed the see-sawing of caravans over the speed humps as they race to find the ‘best’ pitch? ๐๐๐

What speed do you reckon you were going at?
I don't know the Bridlington site, but given that most wardens seem to turn a blind eye to anything "just over" the 5mph limit, I'd have thought one would have to be moving at a fair old lick to attract attention!
