Great site at any time of the year

We always enjoy our stays on this site, which has friendly staff and is clean and well-maintained. The only thing I would say is that the new policy for general refuge waste (i.e., taking your bin liners to a central point next to reception) is a bit of a step backwards, in my opinion. I get the reduction in plastic bin liners, etc., but it’s a bit of a trek from some of the pitches. It wouldn’t stop us from going, but for a larger family, creating more waste, it’s not ideal. Everything else is superb.

Where have the previous wardens gone

Arrived at the site to an uncomfortable welcome from the lady doing arrivals.Whilst there on site put a wash line airer up and pinned it down on the grass. After returning from Bridlington town centre one day found it lying awkwardly across my relaxing chair when confronted the concerned warden he told me that’s ours(meaning the grass)and the gravel is the campers. And continued if nothing on Airer then should be taken down.I replied surely due to have a shower everyday couldn’t take down and put up every time.He also said I should have known he was gonna cut grass when had come around earlier.I told him surely he could have asked me to take down at time. Then thelady came out of to reception to support him which thought rather rude. Please bring back previous wardens.

A great site we keep on visiting

We have been to Bridlington in summer and over Christmas and it never disappoints. Grear walks along cliff paths to Sewerby Hall, Bridlington, Dannes Dyke and Flamborough Head. Good bus service to Flamborough and Bridlington. Plenty to do nearby specially RSPB Bemtoon.

Lovely site

Spent 4 nights at Bridlington CAMC. Greeted by Keith who was very welcoming. Site is set up in cul-de-sacs and pitches were a good size. Toilet facilities were modern and clean. Dog walking area was very muddy so only used once. Walked down the lane and across main road to grass area at entrance to golf club to exercise our dog. Danes Dyke is a steady 35 minute walk from the site. We also caught the bus to North Landing then walked 45 minutes along cliff tops to Flamborough Lighthouse. Great site and would definitely recommend.

Spot on.

This was our first ever visit to any CAMC site and we were very impressed. Reception staff were welcoming and explained everything we needed to know. The pitch was immaculate and grass freshly cut. The toilet blocks were spotless and bins emptied regularly. We will 100% return. Thank you.

Lovely site, annoying dogs

Second time at this site, first time since the refurbishment of the pitches. The site is nicely located for walking to the local coast, along to the local pub/restaurant and drives to places further afield. But, the dogs…..annoying yapping dogs owned by who apparently don’t care that people may not want to be awoken or disturbed by their darlings. Good site let down by some irresponsible dog owners

Great Site and very clean and tidy

We had booked to play golf at the Links and stayed for 4 nights. Very welcoming and easy to book in. Pitches all clean and tidy and we had plenty to choose from. Staff very friendly and helpful. We would definitely start again if we come back to this part of UK.

Clean and tidy.

This was our first time to this site. It is clean and well maintained. Staff regularly walk around the site picking up debris and tidying. Evidence of new planting on the new site which will eventually give a little privacy in this area. The washing facilities are amazingly warm - almost too warm (27°C ). Water for washing up and the area provided are excellent. Clean and water hot. Dog walk is a little soggy this time of year so we had to walk him around the park a few times to get his exercise if we didn't go off pitch. Make sure you ask about ways to get into Bridlington as the parking does not allow for motorhomes with 2.2m bars across. Taxi service we used was cheap enough and saved waiting for a bus in the freezing wind and rain. Bempton cliffs to see the nesting birds is a must for all bird lovers. A good site - we would recommend it.

Lovely Site

The site is in a lovely location, except the new part is quite exposed and being on a hill gets very windy. There’s a bus stop outside the front gate with regular buses into Bridlington or Flamborough. It has a nice pub 10mins walk away which does a good range of good plus 2 others a bit further Facilities are nice and clean and 2 service points for Motorhome.
