Stopped off here for 3 nights on our way south mid-June. For a short stop over we had only booked a pitch without awning. Since the site was not fully booked, the warden suggested we could choose any pitch and we did, choosing what we thought was just perfect for us. The wardens were very friendly and helpful. Site facilities were just fine and the toilet block was well looked after. We would consider this site again but not for Blackpool itself - rather for exploring the area.
