Fantastic location- very peaceful. Loads of wildlife to see - deer and stags in next field and llamas too! Owls at night. Beautiful ponies a donkeys. Lovely walks into Brockenhurst. New Forest free walking app has clear directions for routes with marked paths. Great choice of pubs and cafes in Brockenhurst (about 40min walk across heathland or via woods or via roads. Great for motorhomers who don’t want to drive anywhere. Great for dogs. (ours was on lead due to excitement around ponies!) Caught 10min train from Brockenhurst to Lymington and found route to nature reserve around sea walls after walking through quay area. Amazing seabirds. Dog friendly pub in Lymington. Very clean site and spacious. Quite busy even in November! Will definitely return.
