Having returned to caravanning after a 20yr gap we booked into Black Knowle, what a fabulous site, I have to be honest, on our approach to the site we thought, after reading other reviews, that the drive would be horrendous, with respect and in my opinion, we were pleasantly surprised that it wasn't as bad as we thought. Black knowle is a lovely site allround, we were greeting by genuine lovely people who couldn't be more helpful, the site it's very clean, tidy and very peaceful. Dog walking on miles of forest and a dog washing area was really helpful to us. Very enjoyable Chinese takeaway in Brockenhurst and a visit to Setley Ridge Farm shop is highly recommended, we enjoyed Black Knowle so much that we stayed for an extra four nights, will definitely return regardless of the drive....
