The site was recently upgraded and this certainly shows. The toilet and shower block facilities were always immaculately clean and there always seemed to be enough facilities. The site location is very attractive in the New Forrest approximately 1.5 miles from Brokenhurst. The walk to Brokenhurst was very pleasant when we walked in but would possibly not be suitable for the very elderly or infirm if you need to get groceries etc. The site does have a few items for sale in the reception area but they are largely "essentials" rather than your weekly shop. The overall impression was that the site was well run and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I am sure we would be delighted to return here again.
