WE booked this site thinking it was overlooking the beach area, our mistake, even if slightly misled or misinterpreting the guide pictures. Please be aware that the adjacent railway line is right next to the club site, and if you get a pitch next to the line, of which the majority are, then you will feel as though the east coast train is passing through your awning!!
The site is very tight with only a few generous pitches, and the roads on site are very narrow... a couple of the longer vans actually made it difficult to pass them by as they were close to the edge of the pitch. The site is also very hilly (pitches are reasonably level) so does make manoeuvring difficult. The wardens are pleasant enough, depending which you speak to, if not slightly officious, but they do keep the site very clean and the facilities very nice. The site is very well positioned for trips into Berwick and down to the sea front of the harbour, as well as further afield to Holy island, Edinburgh and places nearby such as local beaches, if you get chance follow the signs for Potadoodle farm, or Cocklawburn where you will see great dog walking areas along the beaches and surrounding sand dunes, plenty of space to park and a couple of ice cream vans for a treat. Having been to this site I would visit again, but only for the locality to other places, I would also try to go when it is a bit quieter as we did queue for the showers.
Great Site
First time on this site, stayed eight nights in Sept this year, very warm welcome from the wardens, good views from the pitch we was on, railway line just behind us but did not trouble us at all. Facilities very good, bus stop just outside gate, town not to far away,Asda about mile away cheap diesel, garden centre approx 3 miles away they do a very good Sunday lunch. Bamborough castle approx 12 miles away well worth a visit, great site, great area great wardens, well worth a visit.
Lovely site
It was our second visit to this site and we stayed for a week and his time. We were on a grass pitch which had lovely views and was at the front of the site which meant it was away from the noise of the trains.
The site was immaculate and the Wardens were so friendly & helpful.
Lots of fabulous beaches nearby & the locals were so friendly.
Just wished we lived nearer so we could go for a weekend.

Very pleasant site, good pitches with view over beach etc. quite easy walk into town or bus stop outside with frequent buses. All staff very welcoming and helpful. Only downside is noise of trains on the busy line which though not disruptive in the day can wake you at night.
Best Site So Far Visited
This is definitely our favourite club site of those we have visited so far (12 sites in 12 months). The view across the harbour is great, the location is far enough out of town to be quiet, but within easy walking distance of the town centre. There is ample shopping and some good pubs around and you are only about a mile or so off the A1 for travelling north or south. Berwick itself is a quite pleasant, laid back, historic town worthy of a few leisurely ambles and, of course the Northumberland coast is stunning. Great, helpful wardens, clean facilities, great views.
Seaview Caravan Park
We were looking for somewhere different to go this time, and a friend recommended Sea-view next to Berwick on Tweed, as he knows I like a site with a pub near.So after looking on Google earth,we packed up the caravan and away we went. We certainly were not disappointed, what a beautiful setting, overlooking the estuary and out to sea, and great views of Berwick town and bridges. The staff there were very helpful and the grounds were immaculate with extremely clean facilities. Two or three hundred yards away is the beautiful beach of Spittal with its promenade and cafe ( great coffee and pasty ). the dog loved screaming around on the beach bringing back a lovely great lump of seaweed for me to play with!
Another day we had a walk into Berwick, about half an hours slow walk, and had a good look around the town before heading back with fish and chips.
We will definitely be going back next season.
Great site
We have been to this site before and found it is always very well kept and staff friendly and helpful.

What a little gem 8/9/2015
Having just stayed at this site for a week ending 8th Sept 2015 I felt I must write a review.
This is our first visit the Berwick Seaview Site and we are so pleased we chose to come for a week, it is a long narrow site with terraced pitches, basically on three levels, there is only one shower block which is absolutely spotless, the wardens do a fantastic job of maintenance here, everything is tip top, and the views over the river estuary are second to none. A real Gem
this site is central for visits to Edinburgh, ( 40 mins by train) Holy Island, ( 12 miles) Bambrough Castle, the Farne Islands (22 miles). Berwick upon Tweed is steeped in history very quaint, and has a market on Wednesdays, (very good fish stand).
We will certainly be coming here again, and again and again, the only down side is the noise from the East Coast Line to Berwick etc which passes just behind the top tier.
Excellent site & wardens
This was our 2nd trip in our caravan and only an hour from home. We stayed here at the bank holiday weekend the site was full but you did not get the feeling that it was there is plenty space for everyone.
We managed to get a pitch that gave us a great sea view. The Facilities are excellent and very clean the whole site is very tidy. The wardens are very helpful and very friendly, they kept me right with my electric issue and also kept me right with regards to the dogs on the site.
I have to mention the couple from Stirling area that we met they gave us some great advice, in terms of other sites, type of awning to buy and other great caravan tips, thank you very much. I am sure we will be back at this site the beach is very close by and the dogs had a great time there.
Just Need to Learn to Control The Weather
We arrived late and ended up with a pitch furthest away from the facilities. However we changed the following day to a more convenient pitch for the remainder of our stay. Facilities super clean and a credit to the staff. Berwick is a nice place to explore and public transport is on the doorstep. A super beach is only a short walk away. Looking forward to returning on a regular basis
