Bath Chew Valley is an exceptional site - beautiful pitches with plenty of space & privacy - the best arrival service when after a long journey your caravan is towed to your allocated pitch & then you just put the key in the door - bliss ! You can park your car to unload next to your caravan & then their is a car park near reception to park your car - love this as so many sites your just end up looking at cars everywhere & it also makes the site very peaceful what a fantastic idea - wish more sites did this. The facilities are private suites with excellent showers sink & toilet plenty of hooks hair dryer & hand dryer are also in each suite - I never once had to que for a suite & they are kept spotlessly clean - with shower curtains also changed. The utility is excellent super washers dryers ironing board iron & sinks for washing up & hand washing - plenty of local information & walks also available - the lighting at night is excellent & you feel safe with the barrier too. Local shop to walk too which is so well stocked & has had a refurb & is ran by very friendly people. You can walk to Salt & Malt where they serve delicious fish & chips for take a way or the lovely restaurant. The really best thing about the site is the wardens & all the staff they work tirelessly to keep the site sick & span the gardens & planting is beautiful & they never seem to stop working & are always so friendly welcoming & helpful - I wish we could stay forever!
