This is without doubt our favourite site in the network and the only one we have returned to time and time again. As its not local to us and the 8pm check in means its a afternoons holiday from work to do a weekend here. This visit was to celebrate our 28th Wedding Anniversary and we had been looking forward to it for weeks. Its true the site and the facilities are a little tired and dated but the work and effort the site Managers put into maintaining means you hardly notice this. We're so glad they have received the recognition they deserve and the photo of the managers receiving their award from the Club Chairman David Turner is proudly displayed in the reception. Make sure you check out the three pubs close to site, they are that close you can see them all from site. They all have their own charm. Before you pack up and leave visit Underfall Yard's Cafe for a great breakfast with the profits going to help rebuild following a fire last year.
