Superb location.
It is such a shame that this site is still almost certainly going to close. The location right on the dockside could not be better, plenty of places within easy walking distance, or by water-taxi.
Given the threat, it is understandable that the facilities are not quite 2015 spec but they are immaculately looked after by the friendly (and well-informed) staff.
Just back from two nights (one freezing, one wet) and two days- wall to wall sunshine! Not bad for January.
