Stayed for three nights, had a warm and friendly welcome from the wardens. We found the site very quiet and peaceful aside from some traffic noise but the quietness of the site makes up for that. Great location for the city. We walked in to Bristol not too far had a good wander around, lovely indoor market with plenty of eating places.  Took the ferry back, only £1.60 for us on the caravan club site. Took the open top bus the next day as the weather was lovely,  it stops right outside the site which was great took us to the SS Great Britain and Brunel centre, through the city up to the downs to Clifton and the suspension bridge and back to the city. Had a great time such a shame if Baltic Wharf closes.
