We had booked two nights but due to a family issue had to cut short the trip, and found the site very accommodating and ideally placed which made getting there simple and afforded easy access to the centre of Bristol or Clifton. Top marks for the secure gate allowing access to the waterfront walkway and nearby hostelry which was very welcoming and offered good food though the gluten-free selection was abysmal. We will certainly be back to the site as we need to explore further and make use of the SS Great Britain tickets purchased for our second day. Besides this there's loads of things to see within easy walking distance.
