Brilliant site shame it is closing staff friendly and helpful until I asked to exchange a lite gas bottle which is on the recall list. I was first told that they did not exchange and I would have to go a calor gas dealer.this was after I saw a supply being delivered, I asked the driver if he would exchange he told me no but this site should,I then went on to your website and first on the list was Baltic wharf,armed with this info I went to the warden again and was told no if we give you a bottle we will be one short and it's difficult to get it replaced.i am then still stuck with an urgent recall bottle.is this the wardens not wanting the hassle or your site not being up to date.
