Baltic Wharf site is top of our favourites list, we have been a few times in the past. We stayed on this site for 10 nights over the Christmas and New Year period. Enjoyed ever minute of it, quite, compact site, great wardens, easy to walk into Bristol centre and elsewhere. I run my own media business and spend many hours taking photographs and compiling editorial for various Lifestyle and Tourism magazines where ever I go with the caravan. I am able to travel by foot or cycle many miles around Bristol from the Baltic Wharf site with ease. If you are not good on foot, catch the Ferry out side of the gate and sail down to the city centre and back. Some exciting views along the way. On a relaxing summer day just walk out the dock gate (key required) take your chair, a good book, bottle of wine and sit by the Dock and watch the rest of the world go by. Long may it reign but by the look of things with the council agreeing to a proposal to build 600+ luxury apartments, etc on the site and indicating that building will start later this year, 2020 the signs for Baltic Wharf as a caravan site look rather remote. When the day comes lets hope a replacement site can be just as exciting.
