We are just back from Baltic Wharf having spent five days there. What a fantastic situation. The only way to enter the city is by boat! The ferries run every forty minutes and the staff on them were delightful and full of ideas for our visit. We also walked into the city and came back by boat, visited the markets and the science museum (@Bristol) which was great fun. We must try to keep this site so that every one can enjoy it. Having said this of course the site is apparently full until August but we spoke to several people who had got in on cancellations so it is well worth phoning. Good luck, you'll love it.
