Good old Craigie
Stayed here Sept 15 on our months tour of Scotland usual well kept site toilets a little dated but clean, excellent for families as plenty to do and see, excellent for doggy people as so many walks from site & a stone's throw to the shops if that is what floats your boat. Aldi & Morrison's very close by for shopping we didnt use the car, we went on foot. I do agree with (suecaravanlover ) alot of people do not stick to the 5MPH rule, and this is not just on this site !!!! Yes a accident waiting to happen !!
You might think it was just cars but no it included motor homes and caravans coming on and going off. The club says its a good site for families and it is a playground and lovely surroundings but I wouldn't feel happy taking young children there unless something is done. I spoke to the warden who said even speed bumps don't work perhaps the offenders should just be told to vacate the site they would soon slow down!!!! I hope this can be addressed its such a great site.
