PLEASE BE AWARE The CL is £18 per night as of 18.07.2022 with EHU. It is a very sloping site and while the views are ok they are not the best. However, the owner does have another field she calls ‘Foxhalls’ which is NOT part of the C.L. This field does not have EHU for which she is charging £15. While it is not as sloping levelling blocks may well still be needed. The views from this field are superb over the fields and the River Taw estuary The owner is very pleasant but we felt she was using her C.L. Registration to gain custom for her private Foxhalls site We had a ‘new to us’ motorhome and wanted to have an EHU in order to try to out all the workings of the motorhome. We were sent directions to what we understood to be the C.L., which was in fact the private site and which was never mentioned on booking. On arrival we spoke with the owner who assured us that we had not requested an EHU and that the C.L. was in fact full at the time of booking! Both sites are on the top of the hill, reached by some typical Devon country lanes. For the reasons above we would not be booking with this owner again
