We’ve stayed twice at this CL and are looking forward to returning next month.
We’ve always had a wonderful welcome from Nick, the owner, who runs an immaculate site. The views are spectacular and the nature walk around the farm estate is a lovely and well thought out touch as is the mown path to the local pub!
The location in central Cheshire is really convenient for visiting all the lovely places like Tatton Hall near Knutsford, Alderly Edge, Maccelsfield and Peak District are just 20 minutes away with the potteries only a bit further down to the south. It’s also convenient as a stop over with the M6 junction at Holmes Chapel only ten minutes away. Highly recommend.
Love this site so much we keep going back
We have stay at this site a couple of times this year, we love this site, it’s clean, very well maintained, even the 4km dog walk around the fields is regularly cut and maintained, every pitch has a fantastic view of the countryside, the toilets and shower cubicles are clean, this is one of those sites that you can’t find a fault, and end up wanting to go back. Thank you nick for providing a top class caravan site. We will be back soon.
This is the best CL site in the country.
What an amazing site! Every pitch has a fabulous view and the facilities are great. There is an exclusive secure pitch up area for club members. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.
Perfect site with wonderful views
Only a brief one night stay but impressed with the standard of the site. All well kept and built to a very good standard. Would stay again if in the area quite happily. 'just like the photos'
Beautiful peaceful site
We stayed here for a weekend visit to the area. The site was extremely clean and tidy. Grass well cut and facilities good. Beautiful views from your front window of the Peak District and Staffordshire hills. The gate security is very good but is a bit of a nuisance.especially in the rain. That did not detract from a wonderful weekend. Nick is constantly working to keep the site looking spotless.
Nice Site
I can’t really comment on the CL, as although I thought I had booked the CL the fact is I wasn’t and was actually booked on to their commercial site. It was only later when the owners said we could use any empty pitch from 6 to 23!
You should be aware that hook up is only 10amp and is metered.
Having said all that it is a nice site in a good location. Plenty of places of interest to visit.
No contact with the owner
Nice site, helpful owner
This is a lovely CL with well-tended pitches, great views and grassy walks around the farm. The nearest pub is literally ten minutes easy walk from the site and serves good food. Nick is helpful with any queries and there is lots to do close by. We would definnitely stay again.

Great Site
1st site we have visited in 10 years having just returned back to caravaning. And what a choice, very local to where we live as we wanted somewhere to test our newly acquired van out.
The site is immaculate, the pitch was perfect, the views are fantastic. The booking process was easy, access into the site is easy and very secure. Overall an excellent experience.
Great peaceful site .
Nick has created a great site , he seems to spend plenty of time keeping it in top condition. He has created mowen walks around a large part of the farm which are completely in the countryside with wild flowers and plenty to look at this tales about an hour possibly less , he also has a mowed walk directly to 3 pubs so that you don’t have to use the road . Lovely views and will definitely recommend to anyone.
Little Gem
2nd stay at the site, and same as the first, very clean and well quipped site with everything you could wish for. lots of excellent walks from site to local pubs, what more could you ask for. metered electricity less painful than I anticipated, 3 nights cost us about £4.50. would definitely recommend and will be back.
