Was only able to stay for one night but will be returning to stay for longer fully serviced hard stranding pitches Great views local pub on doorstep what more could you ask for perfect
Superb quiet location
This was our second overnight stay at this marvellous CL. A great welcome from Sarah. The weather was pretty awful raining most of the way up from Kent. Gale force winds expected that evening.
The pitches are all gravelled hard standing with fresh water and EHU. A shame I can't attach a photo to show the view from the van across the fields.
Will definitely be coming back in the better weather.

Steve & Laura’s visit, 18-19 November 2023
Sarah gave us a warm welcome when we arrived.
The site is immaculate and in a beautiful spot.
We heard owls at night and enjoyed some stargazing thanks to zero light pollution. On Sunday morning we watched a deer stroll over the field beyond the river.
It was just a short walk to a local pub.
Sarah was there to see us on our departure Sunday morning.
We have booked to return between Christmas and New Year.
We thoroughly recommend this CL site.
Outstanding CLsite for motorhomes
We have now stayed at Waterpump CL three times and we will definitely be returning.
The site is immaculate with fully serviced pitches.
There is plenty of information on the local area and walks and the owners Sarah and Dave are extremely helpful and friendly.
The countryside along with the walks are beautiful and the White Horse pub is a definite go to.
Framingham itself is a wonderful vibrant market town.
We cannot speak highly enough of this CL site, probably our favourite.

Perfect pitch.
Hi. just returned from a suffolk tour ,Stayed 3 nights on the waterpump C/L
what an excellent c/l it is.David and sarah were the the perfect hosts, and could not have been more helpful and
efficient.
If you are going, follow sarahs instructions to the letter( dont do the blokey thing and think you can find it)
you will do a lot of extra miles good hard standings , and a short walk to the pub, even when pussing a wheelchair.
will be going back..Dave and Liz
Immaculate site and so peaceful.
Just returned from a 5 night stay at Waterpump CL. The site is immaculately kept with easy to use facilities and everything is well organised. We were sent excellent instructions to enter the site, as it's on a country road, to make things easier. On arrival we found our spot, our names were on a blackboard - including our dog, and we were set up with the kettle on within 20 minutes! The site was so peaceful and quiet and when Sarah came to greet us later in the day she brought us lots of information and passed on her vast knowledge of the best places to visit. We visited the nearby pub, the White Horse, which was really lovely and we were lucky with the weather and could sit outside. The food there was amazing too. The pub is literally a 5 minute walk but I have to use a mobility scooter and Sarah and Dave had very kindly cleared the path for me so I could get through! The views from our motor home were incredible, and the sunsets just beautiful. There was lots of space for our dog Lilly to have a run around and we even had a picnic table we could use to sit and have a coffee or eat a meal if we wished to. Definitely a 10 out of 10 from us and we will definitely be returning.
Peaceful and Secluded
Set in a Valley, with views across the suffolk countryside it is a wonderful peaceful place to relax and unwind. . The CL is very well maintained, really clean, tidy and the owners Sarah and Dave have clearly put a lot of time and effort in making it a really lovely place to stay. We always receive a very warm welcome. The spacious hardstanding pitches are level with the water and electric very close to the pitch. There are also two grass pitches.
The lovely walk around the CL with the river bordering the field its an added bonus which attracts the local wildlife. We have seen stoats, a badger, fox, hare, rabbit, green woodpecker, hobby, buzzards numerous ducks, and there is evidence deer visit.
There are various walks off the site which Sarah has put maps into the information box.
The views are lovely and beautiful sunsets.
There is also the local pub only just reopened which we are looking forward to visiting on our next visit about 5 minute walk away.. We have stayed here quite a few times now as its so lovely to get away from it all.

Waterpump CL
Just back from our second stay at Waterpump. Such a beautiful and peaceful site exceptionally well looked after by Sarah and Dave. Plenty of lovely walks from site, with the added bonus of the local pub reopening in time for our visit!
The views of the fields are uninterrupted, and some lovely sunsets were seen.
We will return. Thanks again Sarah and Dave
What’s not to like
Our third visit, a perfect go to place if you want to chill and relax. The pitches are huge, we park sideways in our 7.5mtr MoHo to take full advantage of the view.
Pitches have electric and water all in short easy reach, are hard standing and perfectly level. Lovely small field if you have a dog to stretch it’s legs, longer walks from site on footpaths if required.
The local pub, Badingham White Horse has just reopened and doesn’t disappoint! The food is great, the staff are polite and helpful and they have some great cask ales. With a vineyard a short 2 mile walk away via public footpaths and the main town of Framlingham a little further, there is plenty to see and do.
Once you get there, don’t be surprised if you just want to sit and chill, it’s that kind of site. Sarah & Dave do a great job of looking after you and are on hand to answer any questions you may have.
A wonderful second visit
Liz and I have just returned home after a really delightful stay at this immaculate CL.
Sarah and Dave definitely spent a great deal of time on the layout as however you pitch the views are magnificent. This was our second visit and although the weather was changeable with one night of torrential rain pitches drain really well. If you enjoy nature and wildlife this is a CL that you must visit.
At our request Sarah showed us their new Pod which was amazing with a cute shower room. When we eventually stop using our motorhome we’d be able to visit and stay in the pod.
Thank you Sarah for helping with our water leak on the habitation door.
