We have been caravanning for over 30 years and this was a site to remember for all the good reasons. We stayed here for a week in August. The amenities were excellent and always clean and tidy. There was facilities to recycle and even sweet peas grown that you were encouraged to cut and take back to your caravan to enjoy. The site itself was beautifully laid out with individual plots established with the planting of various types of trees this gave the comforting feeling of having your own personal space. Free range eggs were available to buy and we were supplied with free stewed rhubarb that was surplus to requirements, Beautiful! We were greeted by Phil on arrival and given a map of the surrounding area, given ideas for walks and places to visit in the area.
