Lovely

Just returned from a weekend away at Trigon. It`s an absolute gem. Ideal for a quiet relaxing stay, the field is large and although not level it is easy to get enough space for everyone. Nice dog walk from the site and the sunsets were amazing, it`s nice to be able to watch the sun go down looking over a field of cows and listening to the birds. The owner met us just after we arrived and was very friendly. Well placed for visits to Wareham, Corfe and Swanage. We had a great walk along the jurassic coast. We`ll visit Trigon again.

Easter break

Stayed for two nights on this peaceful site. Was lovely to see the deer and hear the woodpecker to name just a few delights of this site. A great place to visit the beach at swanage from as well as lots of walks to enjoy in the forest.

Masses of space

We stayed for three nights in September. The field is huge and the five pitches well spaced out around it. The recycling and waste areas were clean and tidy. It is what it is - a large field so don't expect closely mown grass. It was dry while we were there so no problems with waterlogging. Unfortunately work is being done on a landfill site just along the road and there is a constant noise of vehicles reversing during working hours, which can get a bit annoying. We saw the buzzards but unfortunately not the deer. And we were very unimpressed with the Sika Trail in Wareham Forest as the surface is not good for bicycles, the stones being too large making it very rough to ride on. Would we stay here again? Probably not as we ran out of battery power on the third evening even though we'd been careful. In future we'll stick to sites with EHU.

Very peaceful site

Big 4 acre site. Slightly sloping but can get waterlogged when continuous rain. Very peaceful, its lovely to hear the woodpeckers and the owls. 300 yards up a private road but easy access into Wareham Forest and the Forestry Commission 'SIKA' cycle trail. 10 minute drive into Wareham. Owner very nice and helpful, especially in towing out when field was waterlogged. Facilities such as Chemical toilet disposal point and water tap kept very clean We liked the site and would return

Great CL

Nice CL in a spacious well kept field, plenty of room, easy access, very quiet. Hardly saw owner.

Lovely CL

Great CL. Level pitches, loads of space & great walks. Wareham, Corfe & Swanage not too far away. We were treated to a deer in the field last time we were there. Visit Tyneham and try lunch at Clavells Cafe, Kimmeridge - great seafood platter. Great pub "The Silent Woman" (if only) is walking distance and does good food plus some great beers - Badger First Call, Tanglefoot, Stowford Press Cider and Fursty Ferret!
