Peaceful site with lovely views

We love this site and have stayed here a couple of times before. The field is large and there is plenty of space to site vans. The site is ideal as a base to visit many local attractions. We visited Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Lulworth Castle. We use this site as a stop over on our way to Cornwall as it is about half way for us, travelling from West Sussex. The site has all the usual facilities and is set on a large estate with lovely views and plenty of good walks nearby. We highly recommend and look forward to our next visit.

Peaceful overnight stay

We wanted to spend a night in this area which was close to a festival we were attending the following day. It was a very spacious site. We were welcomed shortly after arrival by Jayne who was very friendly. Basic amenities as you would expect for this reasonable price. It was very peaceful and nice views. Handy access to Wareham for shopping.

Peace and quiet

If it’s peace and quiet you want this really is the place. A lovely large flower covered meadow surrounded with trees, and looks onto a field where you can watch Sika deer. Great access to walks and bike routes in the Forest, well positioned to explore isle of Purbeck and surrounding area. Basic facilities but thats all you need. Really love it here, so relaxing, definitely will be back.

Perfect place to stay

Large open field, surrounded by forest walks. Loads of space. Great for visiting a good variety of places. Close to Arne nature reserve, coastal paths and beautiful beaches, or spend every day on a different walk in Wareham Forest. Will definitely be returning.

Trigon Farm rural Dorset

Stayed for 4 nights. Large field with water and chemical disposal. Plenty of space between units in fact the greatest distance I've come across. Very quiet. We walked the path around the vast estate, the weather was poor so restricted our time walking. We never met Jayne the hostess as she was busy preparing a tent campsite, but bumped into the former lady of the estate, who told us about the estate. I will go back probably next year during our annual pilgrimage to Monkey World

For us this is the most perfect CL in Dorset.

The Most perfect CL in Dorset. For us the space and location are perfect. Jayne the owner is a perfect host and we are very much looking forward to returning next year. We discover something new on every visit. This time was the pretty gardens of Moreton with a beautiful little church with engraved windows. See you next year. Paul and Pat Sunny Norfolk.

So easy to book, the website works a treat unlike C&MC Large slightly sloping field well away from road noise and close to heathland walks. Jane is relaxed about where you site and arrive or leave which makes for a relaxing stay. Excellent cassette emptying point with drinking water well away to stop mix ups. No ehu but all on site had solar so not a problem, although one van ran a genny so his wife could do the ironing (honest)

Beautiful peaceful site

Our third time on this site and another very enjoyable holiday. Naturally it was helped by beautiful weather which makes the surroundings truly stunning. A large field surrounded by woodlands and forest really makes it feel truly magical. In fact the only negative apart from not being able to stay longer was the appearance on our last day of a caravan that for some reason decided to pitch right in the middle of the field (everyone else pitched around the edge) and kind of directly in our view. Sure with a CL we appreciate that you have freedom to pitch wherever often but this did seem a little selfish.

Tranquil yet close to everything

The website for this site is fantastic. Easy to check availability and book, plus you can also pay online, which is very helpful. The site itself is large, with so much space for each camper. It's so tranquil with many birds and deer. Th facilities are perfect. Rubbish with recycling, two water points and a well thought our black waste area. Jayne is very friendly and knowledgeable. We will regular visit this site :-)

A lovely large CL site, nicely situated for Wareham, Tank Museum, Corfe Castle, Studland and much more. Easy to book and pay online. Clear directions sent by email. Choice to pitch up anywhere in large field.
