A Jewel in the Cornish Crown.

We visited this site a few years ago just before Mr & Mrs Thomas decided not to carry on with their CL at Tremarkyn. So when looking through the Cornish CL's this year it was such a pleasant surprise to see that "Tremarkyn" was listed again. A quick phone call and we were booked in for nine nights. If a warm welcome, peace and tranquillity are what you are looking for, then this is the place for you. All the pitches are South facing so plenty of Cornish sun to be had, not to mention the gorgeous views over the valley. The grounds of Mr & Mrs Thomas' home are immaculatley kept, with plenty of local wildlife to keep a watchful eye out for. There are new electric hook ups to each pitch with the normal CL facilities close by. As mentioned in other reviews, a toilet and shower are on site for the use of Caravan Club members, also being immaculately kept. All in all a superb site which you will find it hard to better.

STUNNING VIEWS

We spent four nights at this beautifully maintained site. Jill and Eric were welcoming and friendly. The nearby village of St Neot has a pub and shop and local attractions are easily reached. We would definitely return to this site when visiting Cornwall.

Peace & Tranquility

The site is set in a beautiful valley surrounded by farmland at the rear of Jill & Eric Thomas's pretty cottage. The village of St Neot is close by which has a church, pub and small store or you can visit the historic town of Liskeard a short drive south east of St Neot. The famous coastal villages of Looe and Polperro are less than a half hour drive away on mainly quiet country lanes. You are always sure of a warm welcome by Jill & Eric and this CL has the added facility of a shower and toilet for the exclusive use of club members.
