Love the site and the owner!

We have just come home from another 2 week stay at Three Oaks. We have been staying there for a few years now and love the site and the location. And Selwyn the owner is a treasure! Welcoming, kind and friendly and always willing to help. On this holiday our car battery went flat and hubby went to ask Selwyn if he had a battery charger we could use. He had gone out but his wife rang him and he came back straight away from where he had gone just to help us out. It's testament to his kind and helpful nature and we were so grateful to him. The site itself is peaceful and in a lovely location. We love the quirky piggery building which houses one toilet and one shower and a washing machine and tumble dryer. The TV signal ws great for us, loads of stations, and the wifi is excellent. The 16 amp electric is excellent too. The site location is perfect for visiting lovely little places like Carew Castle, Carew Cheriton, Cresswell Quay, Lawrenny and Milton. When we want to visit the sea we go across to Wisemans Bridge, Amroth, Saundersfoot or Manorbier, all about 15 minutes or so drive from the site. Tenby is about 15 mins away too. For supplies Pembroke Dock has an Aldi, Lidl, Asda and Tesco also B and M Bargains, Peacocks, Argos, Mcdonalds etc and a new Home Bargains opening this October. At Hobbs Point at Pembroke Dock you can view big ships and the Ferry coming in. And a hidden gem is Cleddau Reach, a lovely viewing and picnic spot on the estuary, turn right just before going over the Cleddau Bridge. Cresswell Quay is probably my favourite place in this area, just a mile down from the site, with its great pub, The Cresselly Arms, where there is always something going on, and sitting on the green watching the tide coming up river is a delight. My husband loves the walking in the area, every morning walking down to Carew Castle and walking around the Millpond. Its a lovely site, in a lovely spot, and we are already looking forward to going again next year. God willing!

Spent quite a lot of of time at the three oaks carew and have always found it a pleasure, we take our young grand children there and they thoroughly enjoy their stay especially seeing  the horses.

Selwyn the owner is always very welcoming and will help in anyway he can and we have needed help a few times... The site has everything you need ie toilets showers even a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Can't fault the site it's like home from home highly recommended.
