We have just visited for three weeks, our first visit but certainly will not be the last. This CL is as good as some commercial sites and has got to be the best in the UK. We have visited many CL's over our 40 years caravanning and this site has it all. The owners cannot do enough for you, the facilities are absolutely fantastic, the shower room is as good as any upmarket hotel, spotlessly clean and loads of space. Two toilets and a pot washing area and the biggest lounge, TV, Library/ Games room wI have ever seen, again spotless and even has tea/coffee facilities. The pitches spread across the site are extremely large and have views over the two large fishing lakes full of very large fish. Being in the area it is, it has an abundance of wildlife - Owls, deer, woodpeckers, kingfishers etc. Thank you for a most wonderful and relaxing holiday - don't forget a shop, pub and wonderful chippy all within walking distance.
