There was people training right by our van both nights between 6-8pm and we didn’t feel we could sit out during this time, we have a dog that would’ve wanted to join in and disrupt the training. Leamington spa is walkable but along a busy road at times. Or you could turn left at black down crossroads, it’s about 30 minute walk into the town. We got a bus into Warwick one day and walked back along the riverside walk and it ended up by jephson gardens. You can use showers in club house using access code provided in email and they were hot. Hook up and water available on pitch 2 and elsan waste next to the gym. Good value for £20 per unit per night. We’ll be back.
