We had a very enjoyable stay at The Courts despite some heavy rain on two days but that is the advantage of staying at an all hardstanding site. Pitches are large and very level and despite being hardstanding are actually pretty peg friendly if you are planning on putting up a full awning like we were. The whole area of Little Baddow and nearby Danbury is crisscrossed with lots of footpaths and bridleways so excellent for walking and cycling. In fact the owner has even gone to the trouble of installing bike racks on each pitch for locking cycles to. The site itself is set in woodland so a brief walk of less than fifty meters will put you in the midst of hilly natural woodland with little noise other than the birdsong.
