Over the years of visiting family in Fife, we had frequently stopped at Jedburgh on our journeys north / south and had always wanted to explore the town and the region. We had tried to book into Melrose Gibson site but could not get 4 consecutive nights until October so decided to try some local CLs. Very glad that we did, as Bairnkine has everything you could possibly want - quiet location, fabulous views (when the cloud breaks!), all usual facilities and great field and walking choices for the wee pups. Booking was relatively simple and checking in was equally so - in fact you just turn up, look at the notice board, find your allocated pitch and take it easy. We did not meet the owners, but had no need to as everything was just fine. Thank you Matt and Lucy for creating this wonderful place.
