This wee CL has been very well thought out. 5 hardstanding pitches with electric, all with beautiful views. On some of the pitches you need levellers. Very well kept and so peaceful.
It's really close to A68 Jedburgh so an ideal stopover if that's what you're looking for but also for a longer stay.
Lucy and Matt encourage you to walk around their organic farm, and we did. The rewards were, amazing views over the countryside.
We will definitely return.
Thank you for a lovely stay.
Peace perfect peace!!!
We keep coming back!! ... lovely site, with lovely views in a lovely peaceful area.
There is no TV signal for those who like their telly, but take a good book, you don't need the peace to be spoiled by TV !!!!

Peace perfect peace
Returned last week having stayed 2 nights, it would have been longer but site fully booked, which says it all really. Lovely peaceful site with great walks around the farmland, we were on pitch 1 and needed ramps, not a problem but might be if people don't know and haven't got any othe wise the fridge might stop working if not level. Lucy and team great, especially the young man cutting the grass. will return someday
Lovely Tranquil Stay
We have just finished our stay here in Jedburgh and spent 9 lovely days in this gorgeous CL. Lucy was very helpful and was always on hand if needed.
We will definitely stay again and recommend anyone to stay here. The stars are amazing at night and so quiet and peaceful with stunning views
Thanks Lucy and the team for a lovely stay
Regards John
Just back after 4 nights at this excellent site.
Excellent site well worth a visit. We have a dog and walks from the site are very good. Sites like this make it worth while being members.
Away from the hustle and bustle of town....
Over the years of visiting family in Fife, we had frequently stopped at Jedburgh on our journeys north / south and had always wanted to explore the town and the region.
We had tried to book into Melrose Gibson site but could not get 4 consecutive nights until October so decided to try some local CLs. Very glad that we did, as Bairnkine has everything you could possibly want - quiet location, fabulous views (when the cloud breaks!), all usual facilities and great field and walking choices for the wee pups.
Booking was relatively simple and checking in was equally so - in fact you just turn up, look at the notice board, find your allocated pitch and take it easy. We did not meet the owners, but had no need to as everything was just fine.
Thank you Matt and Lucy for creating this wonderful place.

A night in the Rain
Arrived in the rain and left in the rain, easy access to site with pitch number on board, all pitches have great views. Didn’t meet owners but they are only a phone call away if you needed help, a lovely CL

Lovely and peaceful
Excellent well maintained site with lovely views and excellent dog walks and only a 10 minute drive from the beautiful town of Jedburgh. Mrs Tile was very welcoming and helpful. Pitches are on a slope so make sure you have some wood chocks. We
had a lovely time and would definitely recommend to others and visit again.
Very tranquil site.
We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of July, lovely peaceful site on edge of farm.
Felt very covid safe, appropriate hand sanitizer stations etc.
Welcome and interactions with the family were excellent, good location for visiting Jedburgh, Kelso and down over the border to Otterburn.
Cheers and thanks for a lovely weekend
Peaceful site
Lovely peaceful site with stunning views. Easy access from A68 and very COVID conscious with hand sanitisers, signage and contact free booking and payment.
Loads to do locally if required in border towns or just enjoy the various signposted walks around the farmland.
Levelling blocks almost def required especially for motor homes.
