Great site. Very tranquil with nice dog walks from site. Easy access to Jedburgh and surrounding areas.
Loved it.
A real gem of a site
Fabulous little site, perfectly placed for trips out to Jedburgh / Hawick / Selkirk / Kelso / Melrose & Galashiels if your into Abbeys, Museums, Gardens etc. We came here with our 2 dogs for walking experiences and its close location to Rubers Law & 3 Brethrens was perfect for us as well as local forest walks and a big plus is they have some lovely walks from the site itself. Booking online was so easy and all relevant information came through straight away. Can thoroughly recommend this site - its clean / tidy, pitches are well set out large hardstanding with EHU, water hose close by and a tidy fenced off other amenities area. We will definitely be back again.
Amazing little site
A beautiful little site and immaculately presented. Sat nav took us to the wrong place but owners very helpful in getting us to the site. Very peaceful and amazing views. We will definitely be back.
Superb
Visited on 4,5,6,7th November.
Very pleasant peaceful site with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. EHU for each pitch with water and CTD close at hand. Lovely dark skies if you like stargazing. Owners Matt and Lucy are very friendly and helpful. Easy walks around the farm and a short drive to Jedburgh.
We will certainly come again.
Fantastic CL
Our second visit here and just as lovely as the first time. It's very convenient to the A68 but distant road noise is not intrusive. The views from the all hardstanding pitches are great, however a couple are quite sloping. The facilities, including recycling are good, with hand sanitiser provided. Check in was contactless as prepaid online. Great walking around, including waymarked trails around the farm which were unfortunately inaccessible on this visit due to farm activity. However a walk along the quiet public lane took us to fabulous open views across the surrounding countryside. EHU and WiFi included for £15. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful views from a well kept site.
As 'one nighters on our way home from Scotland, this well kept site is peaceful with stunning views. We did have a chance to have a look around the historic town of Jedburgh, we'll worth a visit.

Beautiful setting with great views
Bairnkine is very easy to find. We only stayed one night as we were en route further north. We appreciated the hard standings as it was raining when we arrived. The views are amazing. There’s easy access to Jedburgh, Hawick, Kelso and Melrose. Very peaceful. We did manage to get a tv signal after manoeuvring our aerial in all directions - so it is possible although BBC wasn’t ideal! We had free WiFi so we could watch iPlayer if necessary. Lucy was super helpful and kept in touch. Will stay again.
We'll be back
We spent a lovely 3 nights here. Beautiful views from our caravan, lots to do in the area. Barney our cocker loved the well signposted walks from the site. Well kept and exceptionally clean We shall be back

Beautiful views at this lovely CL
This wee CL has been very well thought out. 5 hardstanding pitches with electric, all with beautiful views. On some of the pitches you need levellers. Very well kept and so peaceful.
It's really close to A68 Jedburgh so an ideal stopover if that's what you're looking for but also for a longer stay.
Lucy and Matt encourage you to walk around their organic farm, and we did. The rewards were, amazing views over the countryside.
We will definitely return.
Thank you for a lovely stay.
