We have been caravanning for many years and this is one of the best Cl's we have stayed on. The pitches are bigger than enormous with fantastic views over farmland. Each pitch is separated by hedges which provide total privacy and although you could easily get maybe 6 caravans on each pitch normally, the whole pitch is yours for the time you are there. The grass is well cut and the hedging well pruned. If I had to score the site I would say it is outstanding. Martin the owner is an extremely amiable gent, who is always available if required, but who allows you to have complete peace and leaves you to enjoy the sound of the birds, watch the rabbits, the deer and enjoy the fabulous views. The site is adult only with water, electricity and there is a spotless private toilet with washbasin available. There are a number of beaches, towns, supermarkets all within close proximity and the seals on the beach at Horsey Gap are amazing I have never seen so many seals enjoying the sand, there are 100's of them. I am amazed that Martin only charges £16 per night which is amazing value. I hope that when we try and book in the future he has spaces as we definitely want to revisit, it has been a really enjoyable 10 nights.
