Fabulous site apart from access
This large one acre site has the pitches well spaced out with plenty of room all around, short grass, clean facility area and welcoming owner and manager. Everything a CL lover could want including free WiFi. We filled a fortnight with trips out and April/May time with the bluebells at Blickling and rhodendrons at Sheringham Park and Stody Lodge near Melton Constable was the perfect time to visit. Even the seals at Horsey Gap were worth the journey.
From a traffic point of view the site was silent as hardly anyone drives past but there is obtrusive noise when the military are flying overhead.
The only downside is that the site is a quarter of a mile down the narrowest road you will ever meet and there is only one place where a car could pull over into a field otherwise it is a reversing job back to the main road. I use the term main road loosely as even that is a country road. The site owner mitigates the chances of meeting another caravan by ensuring those leaving do so before allowing new comers to arrive but we did find the tow in and out stressful.
Apart from that it is an absolute gem of a site.
